mother's help: Is it OTT to pull together some kind of contract?

That's it really. met a really lovely MH today and she seems perfect. We sort of discussed what she'd do but didn't touch on what she won't do.
Want to bring that up a bit more and then "formalise" it.
Or is that a V bad idea if (as am planning) I"m paying her cash in hand?
Help pls

I think the 'cash in hand' is another issue seperate to the contracts.

on nannyjob.co.uk

I've heard that the nannyjob template is very long winded and hard to read/understand. Maybe worth asking on here if someone would be kind enough to cat you a copy of a contract they use for a mother's help. Then you could adjust it to suit your needs. There's lots of helpful peeps on here

Will give nannyjob a try and see where we go from there. thanks all
