dmo she CANT give notice and tell them not to come.tell them to cotact ncma(if she has contract with them) otherwise tell them to ring her and say they will not pay for refusal of care with no good reason..can you not get a variation? or would it be too much?

Afternoon ladies!

DMO, that's not good is it? So, this CM is saying, I'm giving you notice, you have to pay for it, but I don't want your lo to come during that notice period? She can't do that, can she? Poor parents. I don't know what to say really. Maybe they can work something out, so that they only ever need the 2 days and can stick with you.

Glad everyone has had an OK day. Mine was nice too, I've been with Yr 11's all day. Mostly quiet and really rather nice to be at work. This week is flying, its nearly Wednesday already! Been to get my currency after school. Did I mention I was going on holiday this weekend?

AAARRRRGGGGGHHHHHH Just had a visit from Ofsted from 2 inspectors as someone has reported me for being over numbers.

Apart from the 3 in the cupboard (joke) you mean??? Why do people phone up and report things that are a LIE? They didn't even give a name, so why did they even bother coming out for that?

Wouldn't mind, but all it has done is pee me off. Grrrr last thing you need.

Knackered, Just had my first full day with my new baby mindee and am shattered, however am so surprised at how fantastically my own 18month old ds coped with it all.
Baby mindee is comeing again on Thursday, am praying for good weather!

dmo, that's outrageous!! I think she needs bringing down a peg or 2! I feel sorry for the parents having to deal with this. Choosing a childminder can be daunting, and this is the sort of thing that gives childminders a bad name.

I hope it can be resolved soon.

I have my thoughts on who did it, but not any proof. Feel like I want to go slap her though, would make me feel better even if it wasn't her lol.
