Dual charge nanny

Hiya
Just wondering what the cost difference is between single charge nanny and dual charge nanny? Our nanny is switching from looking after our 3 year old (since 8 months) to looking after our twins. So as well as her annual pay rise we need to change her hourly rate to reflect the extra child..

Any ideas by how much/what percentage we should increase?
Thanks!

Nannies are not paid a per child rate. When a child is born, a slight rise is appreciated. So £1 an hour is better than nothing. Often I have got nothing extra.

More children means activities cost more, activities change as need to be suitable for children of different ages. So an increase in the weekly activity budget is useful.

Thanks @nannynick

Regarding budget, she just has a monzo card that we top up, rather than a budget. I'd like to offer a raise as she'll be switching from 1 x 3yo to 2 x ten month olds so I figure it'll be significantly harder...

I'd look at the average going rate for nannies in your area. I'd pay lower end for one child, middle for two and higher end for three plus
