If they are contracted for both before & after schood and ALL the same days in the holidays I charge £16 per day in term-time 8-9 am and 3-6pm and £35 for 8 - 6pm in the holidays.

If they don't want many days in the holidays - eg one family has 2 weeks in summer holidays and 1 week at Easter - then I do a term-time only contract and any holiday care is requested separately on and ad-hoc basis. But no guarantee of my availability that way.

I charge the same hourly rate for everyone, full-time, part-time, ad hoc etc., whether it's before/after school or full days.

I charge the same as TP, I would never rememeber if I charged differnt.

I charge my before and after schoolies a different rate to my under 5's rate. If I was having them in the holidays on an on going basis, rather than just a one off, then I would probably charge 50p less per hour to make it the same as my under 5's rate. If it was going to be very adhoc then I would charge the same rate as normal for schoolies and tell them I may NOT be available.
