Babysitting with family without agency's involvement

Can a babysitter and family quit an agency and start working together without their involvement? In the employee contract it says the employee is not allowed to work with the chosen family without the involvement of the agency. What does this mean exactly? There is no time duration stated in the contract either.

No I don’t believe you can do that. The Agency put you in touch with their client and your Contract clearly states that you cannot work with client without Agency’s involvement.

Is it through Koru kids?
if so, you need to pay them £1,500 as a finders fee.

If you do decide to hire a Koru Kids nanny outside of Koru Kids, we charge a £1500 fee. You’ll also need to insure your nanny directly, pay your nanny holiday pay, contribute to their pension (if required) and submit their tax through HRMC. And it goes without saying that paying your nanny ‘cash in hand’ is illegal in the UK.

However, having said that. The agency would need to find out and then sue you for breech of contract. Which they may or may not do.

No you shouldn't as both nanny /babysitter and family would have signed an agreement

The faking may not care but the nanny /babysitter won't ever be able to world for that family again
