Funded childcare for 2 year olds

I'm sure there have been a thousand threads posted about this but I can't find anything that answers my simple question.

My LO turned 2 in Feb and we are eligible for the funded 15 hours for 38 weeks. She goes to a childminder 2 days a week which totals 18 hours.
My childminder has been very vague about what we will pay (I think she's genuinely finding it a bit confusing) but has said we will pay her our normal rate during school holidays and only pay for 3 hours per week during term time.

We also get tax free childcare so her payment has gone out from that today at the full rate.

My question is, are we allowed to be accessing tax free childcare and the funded hours?

I am self employed so want to make sure I'm not breaking any tax rules!

TIA

Yes you can use tax free with the funded hours as far as I'm aware.

Yes you can use tax free and funded .
Your childminder does not have to offer funding .
Funding can be shared with up to 2 other settings . Some childminders won’t allow shared funding - see funding agreement/contract.
Funding covers education aspect only so you may be asked to pay for food, nappies , suncream and trips .See funding agreement.
Funding is 38 weeks per year - that is term time minus a week - ie equal to 5 school inset days .
Your childminder should get you to sign her funding agreement /contract that shows how she will deliver funding .
Funding generally starts from 15 April this term.
