Could you re-write it again with some punctuation? It's really quite difficult to understand your post.

10ThousandSpoons · 11/02/2024 20:38

Could you break it down?

i work term time in breakfast club this is 38 weeks
i work in after school club which is 39 weeks
i know the 39 week is for in service days
but my manager said ive too work 5,5 hours on in service days how can this be
i dont mind working in service days and i know my 39 week covers this but why do i need to do 1.5 for my breakfast club as this is term time only i thought if your term time only working 38 weeks you wouldnt need to cover in service days but cover on your 39 week

There won’t be a standard policy across the UK, it will depend on your individual contract.
find the section which deals with in-service/inset days and that will give you your answer.
