Husband earns over 100k. Do we get 15hrs free funding?

Sorry I know a lot of people have asked this but I’m still confused.

My husband earns over 100k. I earn 30k.
our son will be 2 in Jan 2024, so come April 2024, will we receive 15hrs funding from the government? Then, if we are to have another child (not pregnant yet), by the time other child is born, when they start nursery, they too will get 15hrs?

Someone said you get nothing if one earns over 100k, but I thought EVERYONE gets 15??

it’s so irritating if you compare our situation to parents who both earn 90k each. I know we’re fortunate but with my husbands salary comes higher mortgage payments and we live and work in London.

anyway, I hope someone can answer this for me.

thank you so much

She should claim! The money isn't going to magically go back in the pot if she doesn't. Focus on mega tax dodgers like Mrs Sunak and B Eccleston

It won't leave the pot as nursery won't claim it back.

Maybe your thought process should be like this. This lady and her husband are paying top rate tax, literally contributing to people families and services because they themselves cannot get better careers (for what ever reason). All is she is asking for in return is access to a service that will enable her to pay more tax (so she can work potentially) for the vast amount of negative commentators on here that need her and her husbands tax money to survive. I hope that makes sense to you. I feel her pain, I'm paying 100k in tax a year and it is a joke that I cannot get standard services that others can, even though others are benefitting from the money I'm putting into the system.
