Nanny agency help!

Hello all, I hope everyone is having a pleasant week.
I was wondering if any of you knowledgeable people had any advice re: opening /using a Nanny agency. I've been a Nanny for over 15 years, and recently decided to bite the bullet and start my own agency. Obviously, it's tricky at first attempting to build up any sort of interest from parents and families., which I'm trying to keep positive about. To anyone that has used an agency before - what made you choose the agency you went with? What would make you use them again/recommend them to others?
Very grateful for any advice. 😊

I found them all hideously expensive with very little guarantee that you'd get your money back if the nanny didn't stay and they sent completely unsuitable candidates e.g. people who didn't drive/didn't have a car when I had made it very clear that the job required drivers licence and own car. A money back guarantee if the nanny leaves in the first 6 months would have been helpful.

Honestly don't do it

It's a lot of hard work and you would bet better off still being a nanny

I have two friends who run agencies. They are both Very good but it is hard work and on quiet weeks don't place anyone

You need to be clued on on employment law ,
Pensions , tax etx as basics
