I am 22 weeks pregnant and it won't be long to go on maternity leave.

I wasn't going to return to work due to health issues after maternity leave. But looks like instead of leaving I may have to or actually get a different job.

How do you all cope your lo in childcare so young. I might need to as well my DP has said he will wanting to do a job
working but looks like I may end up single mum.

With my eldest 15 I did use to go all the play groups etc. I actually don't know what it's like to work and have a baby in day nursery although I will only work part time. I think this time I like to do things differently with my baby. I don't want to miss out on them growing up but also will need money etc.

How does everyone do this?

How old will baby be? It used to be normal to go back between 6 and 12 weeks becouse that's when 90% pay ran out and the low maternity pay covered up to 6 months at about £30. You find a childminder your comfortable with who has values that fit yours and really get to know them. It's emotional at first but then right person helps and they can be invaluable if you need extra support
