Just seeking suggestions really.
I have a school parental meeting at 6pm for my 4 year old who's going to pre-school in September. The school didn't specify whether I could bring my 4 year old along or not but my dilemma is that I have a 20 month old as well and haven't really got anyone who would look after them for me while am at the meeting.

What would you guys do? Cancel the meeting or take the children with you? Or should I email the school if they're ok with me bringing the kids. I just don't know what to do. Their dad is at work until late by the way.

Schools will be used to this and most will be fine with you bringing the children with you. If your concerned just ring/email them to check.

I would take the kids, they are tiny and can't be left alone. I have taken pre-school child to school parents evening before.

Generally schools will say if children can’t go

Thank you all for your messages. I will ring them in the morning to explain and see what they say.

I was at a meet the teacher meeting myself last night ( as the teacher)
The majority of parents left the kids at home but there were a few there and it was no problem at all.
I had to take one of my own kids - everyone understands childcare issues.
