Newly qualified nanny

Hello, I read somewhere that some nanny training schools look for temporary placements for their newly qualified nannies and am wondering if anyone knows of specific training schools who do this.

I am in London but outside of the Norland catchment area and about to be a single parent to twins so a few weeks of help may save my sanity.

There is the chilturn college in reading.

Otherwise I would just try care agencies

Think you may be confusing a few things? Norland do NQN year long placements and I’m pretty sure they can be anywhere- but you have to offer accommodation. These are paid at a reasonable rate but less than a fully qualified norland nanny. But then there are unpaid six week placements they do during their studies which do have a catchment area. Which are you looking for?

I’m not looking at Norland at all. Someone on a forum recommended a training agency a while back and I even spoke to them but now can’t remember the name of the agency. They were definitely looking for daytime placements and covered all of London.

Norland do placements and they are not live in.
