Mothers help in London

My dd is at uni in London and is working for a family as a mothers help from 3 to 6 pm 5 days a week.
She is 22 and has loads of nannying / babysitting / tutoring and elder care experience.
Her job is looking after two girls 5 & 8. She does their homework with them, takes them to the park for exercise, teaches them their music instruments , does art and craft, hears their reading, baths them and prepares the dinner which is ready to come out of the oven as she leaves.
What do you think is a reasonable hourly rate?
Curious what you think, she gets 12 pounds an hour. The parents are mostly at home while she’s there but in another room.

Sounds like a reasonable wage for a mothers help to me - especially as she presumably won't pay much tax on that due to the relatively few number of hours. If she wants more money, then she can look around for other roles.

I think £12 an hour is reasonable for minding them / taking to park. But it seems low for homework help and the music lessons element.

Thank you for your input. I’m not familiar with rates. I thought it seemed a little low especially preparing and cooking the family meal each night on top of tutoring etc. All good experience I guess!

Very reasonable
