Is it right for a worker from after school club to shove your (small) 4 year old out through the door to where you are standing then in a very aggressive manor say "take him he hitting me" then storm off back into the hall?? Shocked is an understatement then the 'so called' manager who saw it all backs the worker up on her 'adjusted version' of what happened! (They apparently are personal friends) I do not condone LO hitting out but he does have a condition they are aware off. Then because i said to the manager (in a calm manner) I was disappointed with her as she saw what really happened and she should know better being the manager they then excused my older son from the club- (LO already take out) as I'm not allowed to make such a comment as it upset her - where the is duty of care towards my children? It's ok to manhandle my child but it's not ok to say to the manager she saw what really happened! As that up set her feeling!
