2 school days or mornings?

I'm currently at SAHM and will be starting a quite demanding (but predominantly distance) masters soon. This is timed for my youngest getting 15hours funding. I have the option of either 2 school length days (which would fit with my older children) or mornings. With my older children I have always sent them for the short days believing it's much better for them, However I don't have a car during the week so by the time I've done drop off and need to go and collect, I'll probably only have a 2 hours max a day. For my course purposes, it would be much easier to have 2 long days where I can get fully immersed in it and write my essays. Am I wrong for doing something different with my youngest? I've intentionally made sacrifices so that I can be at home with them so don't want to mess it up at the last hurdle! My husband is supportive but works long, changeable hours so isn't necessarily going to be able to take the kids the week before a deadline. We are a long way from any family. My eldest is also a bit of a pain to get to bed, so I'm usually shattered and not doing my best thinking at night! Not sure what to choose.

I would do the 2 long days, for the reasons you've said. You'll have a good chunk of time to get your study done and then plenty of free time to spend with your child.
