Ofsted inspection - a bit of help needed

I am going to have my unexpected inspection (6 months before I was expecting it) and I need to organize joint activities and observation with 13 month & 17 month children. I am not sure what can I do, I get very nervous every time I have an inspection and want to organize something simple and easy for the observations.

Could you help on which area on the development should I focused and what activity?

I was thinking about Physical Development as they are small.

Thank you

Erm surely you plan something to aid their next steps? Their interests?

Just don’t change anything, what would you usually do with them?

Yes that is a bit of a problem. They both like the outdoor a lot any groups with outdoor toys and parks. So we take things ans we are in the parks and playgrounds most days or at the groups with outdoor space.

And I live in a flat without outdoor so no water or outdoor toys or scooters. We spent minimum time indoors just sleeping and lunch and the rest is outside

Take your inspector the the park then. That's what I would do. She needs to see a normal day and your children need to enjoy what they're doing.

If you want to stay home, maybe build them a den to read a story in, or something imaginative and fun?

Well done. The inspectors are mostly lovely.
