FIRST TIME I WILL WRITE TERM TIME CONTRACT AND I DON'T HAVE ANY CLUE.
SHE WILL DROP THE CHILDREN OFF MY HOME
AND AFTERNOON SHE WILL COLLECT THEM.
I WILL DO ONLY SCHOOL RUN.
SO WHAT DO I NEED TO WRITE IN THE CONTRACT?
I WON'T CHARGE ANY HOLIDAY MONEY.
PLEASE I WILL APPRICATE ANY HELP

Well, don't write it in all caps.

I just write in on my usual NCMA contract that's term time only for whatever hours she needs.

Mine is a bit longer than the normal contracts - have these included:-

The Parent and Childminder agree that the term dates referred to in this contract are those of [name of school]

Under Charges for Absence:-
The Parent agrees to notify the Childminder at the earliest opportunity if their child will be absent.
Bank holidays in the middle of school holidays - £no charge
Bank Holidays during a term week - £full fees
Staff Training Days/Inset Days - £full fees

School Closure Days (eg heavy snow, staff strike, boiler breakdown) - £full fees

If using car I would be charging 40p per mile for journey.

The Parent agrees to notify the Childminder if they are running late. If the Parent has booked a breakfast for the Child, the Parent agrees to arrive no later than 8:10 am. Children arriving after 8:10 am will be expected to have eaten breakfast at home.

The Childminder agrees not to leave for the school run before 8:40 am, if the Child has not arrived by 8:40 am the Parent agrees to make other arrangements to take the child to school that day.

I have 2 sets of term time only and work on a monthly timetable with them and charge accordingly. I used a NCMA contract but do a sheet so the parents and myself have a copy which we both sign each month.

Make sence? I love my term time onlys esp when I get a phone call at 8am, we're running late so will drop at school myself! Fine by me thats why I charge a month in advance so parents can't argue!!

I just fill in a normal NCMA contract and, underneath the dates/times section, just write that it is "term time only." I would also write that there is no charge during school holidays but, if care is required, it will be at £x/hour.
