CM Club: Anyone have all their policies in a booklet?

It has just dawned on me how many policies I have and that most have been added or have evolved since my mindees parents signed up. So I was thinking of somehow printing them in a booklet to give to current and any new parents. Current parents could sign to say had read it. But how do I do it? Should I use word? Not feeling very computer literate today so any advice really appreciated, want to do it as I am trying to keep busy today.

Yes just put it all in word. Ive got too many to give out to parents but I have it all on my website so they can look anytime and i go through all the policies when they first sign up.

That will be fairly easy, thanks.
I started building a website and lost motivation , will have to get back to it!

I have all mine in word and on my website.

I let people see them on my website but when they sign up, provide a copy for them to take home. I have a cheap plastic wallet thing from Asda for those. I also have my own binder with them all in for when I show parents at meetings.

Although parents love seeing my policies all on my website, it's hard to read from a computer for a long time so they like to have their own copy to flick through

I put all my info into a (non-expensive) presentation folder. I wouldn't print lots of copies of mine in advance because I am always adding/changing wording.

I give a copy once parents sign the contract. Good idea about signing to say they've read and agreed

not more paperwork LOL

My policies are also in a presentation folder, which I give to parents to look at. Then, when and if they decide to use me, I look at it again, with them in another meeting. That way, I know they have read them, as we read them together. The back 3 pages are contracts & consents etc.

I have mine in a plasic folder, every parent gets a copy which they sign to say they have read and agree to.
