You might have read my earlier thread about the mum who owes me £10 for a few hours the other day (just to help her out before we officially commence with our contract as she was going to a job interview)

I left her a message yesterday, all chirpy asking her if she wished to go ahead with the contract to sign and return by the end of the day (she lives less than 2 mins walk from me). She has not even called/text or anything...silence...and I am still owed the £10....

I am due to commence with her son on april 16th, she knows i require payment till month end from her when we start etc, all the "official" stuff SHOULD work out.

If I am having trouble now, is this really going to be worth £303.00 per month, or am I heading for trouble - should I take this as a big hint and cut my losses......

what shall I do???

In the words of Jade's Mum - I am in a right Dimella!!!

Shall I just advise her I have made other plans? What should I do?

No advice myself but hoping someone will post some excellent advise for you!

I am owed £21 from a contract that recently started (only a few hours a week) and I see the parent every morning at school but she litteraly runs from me! But is expecting me to pick her DD up from school this Tuesday!

For the amount I am earning from this one child not sure it is worth the hassle either!

Had this yesterday Madge in the end decided to phone tell them either sign today or will re advertise. ( i actually had somebody else wanting the space)

i woudldnt contact her any more, i would assume she is not going to use you and readvertise her space...if she comes along then fine, but you want money upfront and what she owes, but even then i would still keep one eye on enquiries!..

Star, dont pick the child up, if she hasnt spoken to you inbetween then and her owing you money and running id assume the agreement was over!...i would inform the school however on the day that you do no longer have agreement to collect so if parent doesnt come, the child would need to be kept until one of parents arrives so child is safe.
