Child tax credit allowance for c/m's own D's

I know NCMA have been asking the government to consider paying Child Tax credit for the C/M's own dd's and ds's. I understand that to stay at home with our kidz is our own choice, but if I sent my dd to my friend and she sent her dd to me, we could both claim child tax credit. My dd and ds come off my Ofsted registered numbers, which in turn loses me profit. I am unable to fill the spaces so why can't we get at least a nominal amount? What do you all think?

I think it is a nice idea. But if they allow childminders to do this, then they would have to pay SAHM/SAHD in the same way... wouldn't they?

I think a tax break would be more use (it's not relevant for me now)

i've asked this question as in thery they are taking a full time place
mine are older now and dont count but it would have been good
i dont think paying a sahm is the same as cm are a business and are own children are eating into our profits
