tax help pleeeeeease!

as a childminder im self employe dand have happily done my own accounts before with no problem but this year ive also done som epaid employment but do i need to fill this in on self employment form as i cant find out where to put it OR is i tup to employer to do my tax for me? i`m very confused and dont wan tto make a mistake...help please..the deadlin eis getting closer and the lovely people a t inland revenue havent sent my password for online tax assessment so cant do it online,...aaarrrgggghhh

You will need 2 bits for your self assessment form the self employed bit & the employed bit

If you don't have them both you need to visit the tax office and get the other bit

Ther is a seperate section for employment, you fill in the total amount paid, any allowences etc then how much tax paid.

I had 4 jobs last year plus business so I had to photocopy the sheet 3 times and fill it out for each employment, over paid my PAYE tax so they are due me money .

All chilminding stuff will be seperate in the self employed section.
