OVERNIGHT FEES

Hi, I would like some advice on overnight fees for a nanny. That will be one evening only, from 6-ish til 12 noon. I usually pay her £7/hour but think there might be a regular fee for overnight? I'm in London. Any help please?
Tks!

If using an agency then fees can be quite high. For one child, one agency charges £80 for 9pm to 7am, plus agency fees on top. As a nanny I work evenings, and charge £10 per hour, so although you may feel that your child/children are asleep and thus you shouldn't pay a lot, the nanny is on-call and thus that does get reflected in the price. 6pm to 12 noon I would charge at £180 if at hourly rate. However, if it was a regular thing then I would probably do £150, as I offer that as a 24 hour rate.

I am not in London and typically london area fees are higher. Ultimately it will depend on what your nanny is prepared to accept. If you offer £100, would they do it?
