Which service would you recommend for one evening of childcare while on a UK holiday?

We've not used any of the services like Sitters before so I'd be interested to hear any feedback or recommendations. We just need one night babysitting for a toddler who will be asleep before the babysitter even turns up and won't wake up while they are there. Are Sitters good?

Sitters are brilliant, we've used them all over the uk including the middle of nowhere once in a little hired cottage. I recommend them to everyone.

Yes we use sitters for holidays a lot, you need to call for holiday sitters, I would ask how many they have in the area you're going to.

We struggle in West Cornwall, St Mawes/postscatho area, but we've not had a problem in our other holiday spots and they had loads in the Newquay area.

I work for sitters and I get a lot of bookings from holiday makers. (I'm in North Devon.) I mostly sit for families in holiday cottages but I've also done hotel rooms and caravans/chalets.
