Practical and fun advice needed about looking after two one year olds

I will be looking after DS and DGS who are very close in age for two days a month. I am looking forward to it very much but would really appreciate any advice or ideas from experienced childcarers. It won't be quite like twins or like two one year old mindees but I'm sure any practical tips will be invaluable.

We will be at DDs house. Unfortunately we will be spending most of our indoor time downstairs and the loo is upstairs, I will have to restrict my coffee intake Blush. I'm wondering if I can get a travel cot into the bathroom and put another downstairs.

Just to give you a brief picture, both boys are on the verge of walking. DGS has washable nappies so more changes but he does stay still unlike DS! DGS has two naps, DS one. DD has a great double buggy and suggested going for walks to get DGS to sleep which will work well for both as long as I can get us all out of the house twice. I can just about lift and carry them both at the same time but not very far, I've used slings a lot with DS. DS spends a good deal of his day scampering about at a fast crawl climbing or attempting to climb anything in his path. DGS's favourite thing is being walked holding both hands. They are a great team when faced with a pan cupboard :)

(I'm also wondering about becoming a registered childminder but that's another thread).

A playpen would be very handy so you can pop them in to keep them safe while you're popping to the lou.
Baby gates (keep them closed so no accidents on stairs) essential.
Harnesses for both if walking in case they are out of the buggy and want to wander off.
A few snacks/drinks to keep them going when out & about/between main meals.
Baby wipes are handy when out and about.
Have the changing bags stocked (nappies/wipes etc) so you're not delayed leaving the house.
Find out if they have a nap time toy/comforter, will make it easier to settle them.
Contact details for parents just in case.
List of foods that they eat like/dislike/special dietary requirements.
List of medications they have been given along with time&amount if unwell and when are they due to have it again.
