I'm about to organise our nanny's first appraisal and after a browse on here and a Google, I'm pretty sorted on how to arrange it, how to structure the meeting, what to include etc, but there are a couple of things I am unclear about. In case it helps, she is a live-out, part time nanny - she does 2-3 days a week for us, 10 hours per day.
Firstly, we want to do her appraisal in the evening so both myself and DH can be there. Does that mean we pay the nanny for the time she is here?
Secondly, if there is any professional development that she wants to do, e.g. courses etc, whose responsibility is it to pay for this?
