Since our holiday to Portugal in August, my hubby has harped on about a fantastic Monk Fish & Prawn Kebab we ate at the beach!

Can anyone recommend a good, easy fish cookbook. Thought I might buy it for him as a suprise!!

The two I have that I really like are:

Fish - William Black and Sophie Grigson. Does what is says on the tin - and good for finding a recipe when you've just gone and bought some strange kind of fish without knowing what to do with it.

Rick Stein - English Seafood Cookery - in Penguin. A bit more complicated, so you have to pick out the easier recipes, but very good on how to prepare stuff.

But I think my favourite fish recipes are in the two Moro cookbooks.
