with a childminder it would be from £2.50 to £3.50 an hour. If they are siblings then usually it is discounted for the second. I pay £4.50 for 2.

I pay £3 for two children per hour. £1.60 for ds and £1.40 for dd. so that would be roughly about £6 as I wouldn't worry about the 15minutes.

i would say to do it for free but then she might put on you to do a couple of nights

I did something similar for a friend for one term. I didn't want any money because a) she had done lots of favours for me in the past and b) I would have felt obliged to encourage them to do something more constructive than plop on the sofa and watch tv (which is all they were up to doing really). She got me some gift vouchers as a pressie at the end of term though, which were much better than cash anyway as I would have jusy frittered that away.
