Visiting a childminder first time, what are you expecting in her home?

When you arrange a visit to childminder's home, what are you looking to see?
The size of her home matters?
She offers a drink immediately?
How many toys/activities she has in display?
Interactions between you?
Interactions between your child?
Her race or background?
Her own family and age group of children if any?
Activities she caries out on her daily routine?
Meals/snacks she provides?
Charges?
Sole worker or with assistance?
Age groups she cares for?
Displays of activities you can see?
Her qualification and training?
Have you ever gone to see her more than once before making a decision?
Have you ever been always honest about your decision when you get back to her?
Do you just not contact because she's not what you're looking for?
Which of the above would be your priority? Have you any thoughts which not listed above?

I'm trying to improve my childminding care and environment and make some decisions if this is for me anymore, though I've enjoyed having different children over the years but until recently things are not working.

Thanks everyone!

For me the size of home only matters when the number of children are taken into account (my cm only has small London flat but only has 3 charges plus her own 2 kids, who are older, after school)
Most important was interaction with my child, then with me. Having some toys out facilitated that.
I met her once then got my husband to meet her (I didn't want the decision to be only mine and did fancy another chance to meet her)
I only met 2 CMs and was honest with first one about why I didn't chose her (she had a dog).
I met CMs children and husband but didn't meet the other charges.
I liked to have a rough idea about activities they go to and food provided - but didn't need huge amount of detail.
I hope this helps!?

For me its actually the car seats. I'll want willingness to use my ERF and see good quality other car seats.
