Nanny needed in Stoke Newington

I am hoping to return to work in late-October or early November on a part-time basis and need a nanny. We live in the Stoke Newington area (London, N16) and my son will be 8 months old then. Assuming my boss agrees to part-time hours, I would work three days a week. This is all very vague, but I need to put my feelers out to see what child-care is availble. If you are a nanny, or know of one (pref OFSTEAD registered), looking to take on a baby from October, please let me know.

Nannies can not at present be Ofsted registered. If you require someone who is Ofsted registered, you will need to look at Registered Childminders - CIS can give you a list contact numbers for CIS in your area

If you want a nanny and are looking to pay using Childcare Vouchers, and or using Tax Credits then look at Childcare Approval Scheme for details of the requirements of that scheme.

If I find anyone looking in your area, I'll direct them to your messageboard post.

Hi there! I'm a nanny with own child who's looking for a job. Please contact me for further information on 07946592318 or e-mail [email protected] Thank you. I have 7 years experience and very good checkable refs.

Although Nannies cannot be Ofsted registered, you could employ a childminder in your own home that is Ofsted Registered, CRB checked etc. This is a quite recent change, as I keep getting information on it, as I'm a qualified Nursery Nurse but work as a childminder.
