I am self employed and currently work for 1 family 3 days a week and 1 family 1 and volunteer at the school on my fifth. The children are toddler and reception in both families. After Christmas I will be changed to do 2 days each with both families and volunteer the 5th.

However, I've just had a phone call from a family literary 2 minutes from my house wanting a full time nanny with 1 young baby.

The pros are; near home and therefore savings on travel costs and my teenage children are only a couple of minutes away should I be needed.

Cons; leaving 2 lovely families which I am happy with,
no volunteering in the school which I not only enjoy but also is working towards a long term career goal. Possibly less money.

Opinions on what I should do?

Another pro, no longer self employed. So you get the benefits of being an employee, though you could argue that you get some drawbacks as well like having to do as they tell you.

If you are happy why consider changing job?

As you only have 2 jobs, those could both be done as employee. Not enough variation there at the look of it to indicate self employment.

Do you really want to work full time? Sounds like you don't. You prefer having that volunteer day.

To be perfectly honest I have worked as a nanny for a very long time and really would like a new challenge. (I am studying towards this goal but will hopefully taking a new career path in September 2015. I do other bits and bobs too (some private language/English tuition).

I don't think I do really want to work full time, my favourite day is the day in the school, the other days are normal but really no challenge. Although, it could be argued I already work full time at 43 hours per week.

Oh and I wasn't looking for another job. I had left my CV on a website without taking it off because I never got around to it and they contacted me.

I would stick with your current plan. You fancy a new challenge and enjoy the volunteering, plus tuition. So look at the long term goal - work towards that. Ignore any communications from listings on job sites unless you lose one of your existing jobs and need to replace it.
