Nanny nightmare

Help! My nanny is leaving shortly anyway but seems to be going through some sort of crisis and I came home to DD2 in tears. DD3 is no longer my smiley little one and DD1 stressed as feels responsible for other DDs as nanny ignores.
It wasn't working out anyway so we had agreed to part ways next month and we have new nanny lined up but having all 3 DDs together in the hols seems to be too much. Now all 3 are having their precious long summer
wrecked I think it may be better to get a temp for the next 3 weeks.
Tried the agency we use to recruit normally but no luck for this week.
Any ideas?
We have no family here and only GP alive not fit to travel.

Caster. Tks. You are right. Need to take care. That's why I tried the agency we used before first.
Wish I could just take time off but no accrued leave spare and not does DH.

Mine are 8,5 and 2 the older 2 are doing football camp next week but they have done a variety of multi-activity ones including drama, art, swimming, archery, horse riding etc
Have a look at the websites for the ones near you to see what they offer for older children, I don't know how old yours are probably older than mine.
Would older 2 prefer camps or grumpy nanny?

Zipity - yes, that's exactly what I said. Camp or grumpy nanny?!?
Murtette - thank you! Just contacted mother of DD's friend and much older sister now student and delighted to help!!! And she's lovely so smiles all round for first time this hol!!!!
Thanks to all. SmileSmileSmile

Hey, what part of Surrey are you in?
Someone here may be able to help. I might be free if in the right area.
