Leaving present for nanny

Our very lovely nanny is relocating for personal reasons and so will be leaving us at the end of August. I'd like to get her a nice present. Previously the children painted a mug for her, but it's getting a bit beaten up now, so I was thinking of a new mug from them? Or maybe a photo frame painted by them (w a photo of them)- or is that too presumptuous to think she'd like a photo of them?! She's been here nearly 2 years and is very fond of them.
Are they OK ideas or does anyone have any ideas?
TIA

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

My favorite parting gift from a family was a silver locket which had a picture of the children inside. I still wear it quite regularly :) I'm certain your nanny would love a nice picture of the kids and would be touched by any gift, particularly one they contributed to.

I have had some really thoughtful presents and I still remember them. A top (to replace all the ones the baby sicked on). A cassette (with the child's favourite blues song on), a photo album with some lovely photos in. All from one family with messages on the tags. Really lovely.

I would give her a spa voucher or similar Smile

something from the children as a little extra is nice, eg with a picture of them, but I don't think it should be the main present, if she has been really good for your family and has been with you a while.

maybe a nice voucher and then a card with a photo/photo collage of the children/her and the children on it - snapfish do some very reasonably priced photo cards.

A mug I find can last for years, have one a child did for me in 2001. Needs to be one that is glazed after image has been applied.

These days we have so many photos of the children I do not feel photo related things are wanted as much as in the past. I would avoid photo books.

Consider what nanny likes doing in their time off, voucher for a place they already go to. Year membership voucher for somewhere like NatTrust, theme park, beauty treatments at their favourite spa.

Thank you all.

As she's relocating, I'm not sure where to get a spa voucher for (she'll be at the other end of the country), but I'll have a think about maybe a voucher for something she'd enjoy in her spare time.

Cheers
