Hi, hope some CMs out there can help.

If you have a child for breakfast then school drop-off 7.30-8.50, do you charge for full 2 hours, or 1.5?

Similarly, if you have a child from 3.25 pick-up to 6, do you charge 2.5hrs (I know there's 5 mins extra here) or 3hrs?

Trying to work out budget for return to work...

Personally, I charge by the half hour with a minimum 1 hour charge before school and 2 hours after. If you go over by 5 minutes it would be chargeable, otherwise where do you draw the line.
I used to charge by each 15 minute increment, but that can be messy, involving fractions of pence.
I do know some who charge by the full hour, but that doesn't seem fair to me.

I charge a set rate of £21 for anytime between 7:30am & 6pm or £18 for pick-up 5pm or earlier as it saves me doing tea!

I charge in 15 minute intervals but wish I had done half hour when I set up the contracts
