How much for nanny per hour in west midlands?

Would welcome advice on reasonable net hourly rate for nanny in the west midlands?

£8-£10 nph possibly more. Depends on

1. live in or live out
2. hours
3. number of children
4. age of children
5. expertise of nanny

Thank you. Have 18 month old twins. Live out, 4 days about 9 hours a day. Seems 10nph is going rate. More than we anticipated! They are at nursery but constant ill, and getting secondary throat and ear infections. Reckon we will have to tough it out and hope they get stronger immune systems!

Don't forget that a Nanny does more than childcare though, they also can do most/all of the cooking, PA duties, dog walking, errands, weekly shop plus you won't be spending money on getting twins to and from nursery.
All Nannies will do Nursery duties (tidying up after children, washing them, sorting out their laundry and ironing), most nannies will do ALL the laundry and ironing and some will do housekeeping too.
All nannies should be willing to help around the house (unload dishwasher etc)
The level of care you get from a Nanny is also much higher as they are there only for your children.
You're also eligible for childcare vouchers with an OFSTED registered Nanny.

I personally think Nannies are the best value for money childcare
