Hi if I return to work after mat leave next year knowing that 4 months later my hours will be reduce to a level I can't manage on so will need to leave will I be entitled to redundancy ? Will of been there over 3 years by then.
I am not due to go on mat leave till nov this year returning in may next year, have told my boss I want to return and she said about needing 4 less hours a day from next sept to which I have told her already then I may need to leave as cant afford to lose 12 hours a week wages.
