My client has asked if her DS can stay overnight with me in May as she has a super-late evening event. Assuming I can get Ofsted permission, how much do you usually charge? An hourly rate or a flat fee?

I charge £30 from 7pm till 7am however will not take a baby who wakes at that rate. I'm in Surrey inside M25.

He's 18m and he sleeps through. Wow, though, that's quite some variation!

For an existing client who just needed it as a one off I would probably charge £30 (Yorkshire), but probably £50-£60 for less regular/emergencies/babies.

You will need to register for overnight it was fairly simple as you will most probably have all equipment (cot/bed/baby monitors/smoke alarms) that they ask for.

I charge £80 for overnight stays (5.30pm - 7.30 am) in my house for my mindees (I live in Hertfordshire)

I charge £65 for a 10 hour day (all inclusive)
