Off the top of my head I would think about stairs, baby gates, cots/ beds and bedding, window locks/ restrictors, escape routes, electrical appliances, access to chemicals or medicines, door locks, lighting. I'm sure there are things i'll have missed?

Smoke alarms, baby monitors especially if not on same floor. I put on my form that I already risk assessed the equipment such as cots, beds bathrooms etc as I use it throughout the day for my daytime childminding. Upstairs windows shouldn't have locks for fire regulations.
