i'm sorry to hear that mojenko :(

am sure you can get lots of advice on here about how to deal with contracts etc before starting, so that this kind of thing doesn't happen again.
have you been paid for the work you've done?

might it be worth going through an agency now so you have extra security?

They have been paying but offten was late.......I trusted them and they betrayed me......I learn lesson but the worst thing is that me and my half been planning to get married but now Im not sure if we could pull it as I dont earn

i'm sure you can get another job soon. stay positive :)
it might mean you have to wait a bit longer to get married, but it'll all work out eventually I'm sure.

You have a contract with them, it will be verbal. Evidence of payments from them (such as payslips) are also a good indication of there being a contract in place.

However that probably does not help you much, as in the first year the default notice period on each side is 1 week. See Notice Period

So best case situation is that you could pursue them for the 1 week of notice pay - assuming you are working in the UK. If you are working abroad then I don't know what the situation is.

What I think you probably want out of this situation is a reference from them, both written and also contact details so agencies/parents can call them for a verbal reference. So talk to them about that, so you can then get going with job hunting.

Its not the end of the world if you references are good I am sure you will get another job. You willhave to trust people if you want another job.
