What are the things that you should cover in a nanny contract (the unexpected things) that you might forget to cover and regret later!

Hi. Am working on a nanny contract. I am sure that I will have a few specific questions later but in the meantime does anyone have any thoughts of things that on reflection you should have covered in a contract and did not and regretted later. That goes for both sides - for the nanny and for the parents. Thanks

Sick pay, duties (ie a detailed schedule that does include what nursery and non nursery days there are ), what is mis conduct , confidentiality , how you want notice of absence/ holiday, holiday.

Have a skim through here for what goes wrong as that should help

Who determines when holiday is taken

Expectations regarding: tidying kitchen and shared areas, kids laundry & ironing, occasional errands, use of Nanny's time when child moves on to nursery or school (cover it, even if the expectation is that this won't happen for a year or so).

Whether or not you will allow nanny to take your children to her house or have her friends in your house. It seems obvious, but.....
