No, if you work a five day week you are entitled to 28 days holiday a year end of. There are only two public holidays in England , Christmas Day and Good Friday (Scotland doesn't get Good Firday) the rest are Bank Holidays.

None is the answer - you don't automatically get bank holidays, public holidays or special holidays off work.
So refer to your contract with regard to how holidays are handled. If your employer does not need you to work on those days, you can take them as annual leave.

You say you work a number of hours a month, rather than days. Is that due to them not being set days, set hours?

Holiday Entitlement for Atypical Worker

Are you working a fixed number of hours per month but not fixed number of hours per week? If so then I think you need to annualise the hours, then convert.

So 135 x 12 = 1620

1620 / 46.4 (52 - 5.6 weeks) = 34.914
5.6 weeks x 34.914 hours = 195.52 hours
Round up to nearest whole hour if possible, to 196 hours
