Childminder's Club - Mindees swearing

I was waiting at the bus stop this morning when my eldest mindee (3) turned round and shouted very loudly "Wheres that bl@@dy bus?" now I know it's not as bad as some of the "swear" words but I was so embarrased I asked him nicely not to say that word and he apologised.

I thought (well hoped) that would be the end of it but he said it again on the way home this time though everyone at the bus stop had an opinion they either tutted and muttered about "young mothers these days" or laughed but of course the laughing encouraged him more.

He used to swear worse when he was younger he used to call every woman he saw a b**tch and I told his mum I would only take him if he sorted his language out (I don't even let people say bl@@dy in front of my dd let alone anything else)which I thought she did she had about 7 months to sort it whilst I was getting registered

I didn't have chance to speak to his mum when she picked him up now should I speak to her about it in the morning or wait until he does it again?

Sorry it's so long!

Some of my older mindees have occasionally come out with a few choice swear words, and other slang words which I would be unhappy if a young child repeated them. I've said that they are not to say these words whilst with me because I get into big trouble if the littlies repeat them at home - they usually apologise and try not to say them (at least until the next day if I'm lucky), because they don't want me to get told off!
