This is a bump for you as I dont really know, but I thought they were not insured in their own home with the children.

The up to 2 hours in any day (day being 2am-6pm) would apply, as the nanny is not registered to provide childcare in their home.

There is some provision within legislation (Childcare Act 2006) for a 14-day exemption. However for that to apply my understanding is that the regulator needs to be informed first.

Why would your nanny be wanting to take your children back to their [the nannies] home?
