Get a mirror and have a good look. It is normal for things to be different, bit of a change of shape, labia looking different, if you had vulvic varicose veins for example you may be able to see remains of those. What you should not have are any extra holes or be able to access anything you couldn't before. Have a careful look, check things and if you are worried, think you may have a prolapse for example then get yourself to the Dr.

Sort of - it's Bucket Fanjo Syndrome. Keep with the pelvic floor exercises, but if you're fretting, see if your Practice Nurse will have a look to reassure you. It certainly took longer after each DC before things reverted to their approximate normal shape.

If you are worried a mirror is the only way to go. It can't be any worse than when I decided to have a look at what was feeling odd while vastly pg with dd and found several bunches of grapes down there! (varicose veins)

I like Bucket Fanjo Syndrome Sums it up very well! You have only recently squeezed a human out of there, it is stretchy but it takes time to go back! It takes about 9 months for all your ligaments etc in your body to go back to normal after birth. As Hassled says keep at the pelvic floor exercises.

I had this after dc1 (loads and loads of stitches). It did improve a bit, but pelvic floor exercises made no difference. The exercises tightened things up inside, but not the entrance itself. Having dc2 and a small tear that was left unstitched did seem to sort it out much more satisfactorily.

If it bothers you a few months down the line then take to the GP, especially if you were stitched, as I believe re-stitching is an option.
