It doesn't sound like you're in labour. Your body, with the Braxton Hicks, is preparing itself for the real thing. Going to the toilet lots is because the baby is most likely pressing down on your bladder, and I'm afraid that isn't going to stop anytime soon - I had the same issue of getting up to pee at least once an hour all night and now, at 40 weeks + 3, it's getting slightly better (now once every 2-3 hours), though I'm still having sleepless nights as it's harder to get comfortable. I also didn't put on any weight between 35 and 39 weeks, but my bump measured up fine.

The throwing up, shakes, possible chest infection and possible diarrhea does not sound like labour - it does sound like you have a bug of some kind and I would definitely advise you to go back and see your doctor, mentioning these 3 issues separately to those in the paragraph above.

If in any doubt, call up your labour ward. They will most likely ask you in to examine you, hopefully should be able to put your mind at rest and have you seen by a doctor to diagnose/rule out the latter 3 symptoms.
