this sounds a bit daft

just got a couple of questions that people will prob find really silly but im gonna ask them anyway.

1. if my waters break is it hard to clean up the mess off the new couch

2. can i have a bath if they break

3. what happens if they break when im on the loo or in the bath how will i know

these i realise are daft but im not really sure and dont want to ask my mum lol

My waters broke when I lay in bed! I could feel trickle down my leg, I went to loo and my waters gushed all over the bathroom floor before I got to the loo!!

You are having a baby, your sofa will be wrecked in six months time anyway so don't worry too much!

I had my waters broken by the midwife during labour.
It went on for AAAAAAAAAAGES. Kept stopping, and then I'd move and more would come out!

yes, same here, starlover. I just assumed it would all come out in one go, but it didn't!

yeah me too! i was paranoid about them breaking when I was out somewhere... but in the last few weeks I pretty much stayed at home cos it hurt so much to walk!

doesnt look like ill have to worry bout that now as going in to be induced tomorrow so will have bumps by friday
