Lindo Wing question - PLEASE HELP!

I am planning to go to the Lindo Wing for the birth of my first child and - when I originally enquired - was told that should there be any 'emergency problem' with the baby when it's born, it would automatically go on to the NHS, and be treated for free as an NHS patient.

However, having just received their booking info, there seems to be a rather terrifying list of additional charges including 'SCBU - £1805 a night'. Can anyone explain this? I'm just keen to check that there couldn't be some problem where the baby ends up in hospital for 3 weeks and it costs £30,000.

Also, how exactly does it work with any unforseen problems for the mother? Presumably in an emergency situation where you cannot afford to pay anymore, the NHS has to treat you?
