Me too, got to 10cms and they kinda discovered my boy was breech...bum hanging out there...me 2 weeks in hozzy with pre eclampsia...hulucinating, feeling poorly...no scan at all to check position or condition of my baby.

3 weeks early 5lbs in weight, i have absolutely no memory of the birth but remember completely the pain.

My DD was 9lb 1oz emcs - told during op that her shoulders were too big to come out, her head never descended into my pelvis. Next baby at 28 week scan 99th percentile head and stomach although estimated weight 2 1/2lbs I think. Next scan in 2 weeks time at 34 weeks, been told if baby expected to be over 4kg then c-section at 39 weeks advisable. Not so worried about weight of baby but size of head/shoulders don't want him getting stuck. I'm only 5ft tall and a very small frame. I would prefer a VBAC and hope I go into early labour. Good news they have agreed not to induce me for any reason, even though they do induce at my hospital for VBAC.
