It won't fit everytime but my hypothesis was this:

If you have SJ in your type code then your babe is likely to be on time or early

If you have NP in your type code then your babe is likely to be on time or late

The JP difference is the main one that I thought might make a difference

It is very interesting seeing your responses - thanks for joining in

I will compile it all and let you know

I wonder if it would add weight to any hypothesis to do the test as I was when I had my first dc. I was very changed by the time I had dcno3 - post divorce and am markedly changed again now, or is your view that Personality type is inherent/fixed?

ISTP - 2 weeks late and needed induction.

TBH, SCM< I would have thought it would be more dependent on the child's type than the mum's, no?

Sadly DS is only 8.5mo so can't test him yet!

But if it's any consolation, I was 5 days late, and my DH was 2 weeks late (in fact my MIL had 3 pregs and they were all 2 weeks late)
