Can anybody help interpret my TOCO CTG!?

I went to triage yesterday at 36+3 for high BP. This is my CTG - most interested in the TOCO readings that were forming hills - I felt period cramps at each peak, some stronger than others. Most of the time the TOCO was at 60-70 at the peaks.

Does this mean anything? I was worried about BP after previous preeclampsia so didn’t ask the midwives at the time but now wondering if this means labour might be imminent.

any thoughts?

I’m a midwife, I won’t comment on the actual trace clinically but we don’t use the height of the toco peaks as an indication of strength. It’s just the presence of them in general that show uterine activity whether that be contractions or braxton hicks. Some peaks show really big for painless braxton hicks and some peaks are small for established labour contractions. Annoying answer but you may go into labour or you may not! It could all settle down into nothing. Definitely doesn’t mean you’ll 100% labour soon. Good luck for the rest of your pregnancySmile
