Has anyone else been unlucky to have this after giving birth and what did you do to improve/fix it? I want to try and avoid surgery if possible but need to do something to ease the discomfort!

Bumping for you. Funnily enough I was wondering if I have this myself (36 weeks PG) - what are your symptoms??

have had a posterior prolapse, the only help was to lose weight and do so many pelvic floor exercises I had pins and needles!

If it is a true prolapse - ie the ligaments are gone then there is not a vast amount you can do. However pelvic floor exs will help at least work out if that is the case. I would recommend seeing a womens health physio who will do an internal exam and make sure you are doing the exs properly. You would be amazed how many women get them wrong. Good luck!
